Ronni’z Christmas

Ronni’z Lounge opened at the start of this year, and we have been eagerly awaiting our very first Ronni’z Christmas ever since then! As the youngest business in the Qube Group consortium, we knew we had quite the reputation to uphold. Armed with fairy lights, cranberry garnishes, and our very own festive playlist, we decided we were up to the challenge.

 

As we’ve become well known for our stylish interior, we of course knew we had to carefully consider our festive decorations. We plumped for minimal but sparkly, with fairy lights, table pieces and bronze and silver baubles. With the stage set, we moved on to thinking about the main event: The Food!

 

With Qube and Cove leading the way, we came up with a fresh new festive lunch menu to suit our rather more cosmopolitan style. We of course kept the festive favourites – a teetering turkey tower burger, hot mulled wine, and mince pies- but we offer a Ronni’z Christmas twist. Our tantalising smoked salmon on sourdough has been a favourite, as well as our sweet & sour vegan offering, featuring pickled beetroot and walnuts. We’ve kept our rich hot chocolate pure, but we positively encourage a festive spiked coffee!

 

Before you launch straight in, we love to encourage an elegant little pre-cocktail in our cosy sofa area. Whichever cocktail you choose will be given a Ronni’z Christmas makeover by our talented mixologist Alex, who is an absolute master of his craft. Expect cranberry garnishes, sprigs of rosemary and floating physalises (the fanciest of the berries).

 

Once you’ve put on paper hats, placed your drinks order, and cracked cracker jokes, it’s time to launch into the meal. 

 

Our festive menu is designed by Ronniz’ own talented chefs. Starters are refined and impressive, featuring a truly breath-taking Serrano ham and fig dish. The mains are ample, and the selection is suitably varied. The dessert selection is always a dilemma, how can you possibly choose? Whether you fancy sharp, sweet, creamy or savoury, we have it covered. 

 

For our first ever NYE, we have decided to stay fee-free with two dinner seatings and a lively atmosphere of live music and merriment with Jack Daw. We know how lucky we are with our prime Tenby location, so we expect the electricity of Tenby Square will flood into Ronni’z. 

 

Ronni’z can’t wait to share the festive season with you, and to welcome in a brand-new year. We hope 2024 flows as magically as this year has for us, as we’ve truly had an incredible debut. We’d like to say thank you, Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year to all Ronni’z customers, past and future!
